In addition to a wide variety of pet supplies and accessories we offer
holistic pet remedies, supplements and free consultations.
We do not offer a shopping cart online primarily because we prefer to offer you personal service, including consulting with you regarding your pet’s health issues, to ensure that the products you are ordering are appropriate for your pet’s needs, and to ensure that dosing information and administration of remedies/supplements is accurately explained.
Shipping costs also cannot accurately be included in a shopping cart feature. We ship via Canada Post Expedited and only charge you the exact cost to ship your order; charges are comprised of insurance, shipping charges and tracking verification for your order. Those shipping costs vary greatly depending on the size and weight of your packaged order and your shipping location and as such shipping costs are individualized and cannot be generalized or estimated.
Return shipping, when necessary, is at solely the customer’s expense, and is not subsidized by Creature Comfort.
Oversized packages (primarily those that do not fit into a mail box) will incur a $3 pick up surcharge from Canada Post. Where possible, orders are sent signature required to ensure receipt of ordered items.

Please Note: Shipping Policy in Regards to Non-Canadian Residents
Shipping our products outside of Canada in regards to customs is at the buyer’s own risk due to the fact that every region/state varies regarding import regulations. Creature Comfort will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office, nor for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.
